SCDF Marine Division Brani Island

The new headquarters was developed to enhance The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) Marine Division’s operational readiness and support future growth. The facility integrates operational offices, training spaces, meeting facilities, storage areas and a multi-purpose hall within a single building, creating a centralised hub for division-level activities.

The design emphasises high practicality, simplicity, robustness and ease of maintenance which ensures that the building can provide long term serviceability. The design of the maritime building maximises the scenic view of Sentosa with large windows for meeting facilities and semi outdoor spaces for  staff training, dining and ceremonial events.

Sustainability features include water-efficient fittings and passive design strategies for lighting and ventilation, contributing to its Green Mark Platinum certification.
