CPG Consultants Pte Ltd and its employees (“we”, “us” or “our”) value your privacy and undertake to protect your personal information which we may collect from you through your use of our website. The privacy policy may be subject to change without notification.
Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Consultants collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and all subsidiary legislation.

“Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information to which Consultants has or is likely to have access.
The Website
When you browse the website, you generally do so anonymously and we do not at our website automatically collect Personal Data, including your email address unless you provide such information. You may however wish to note the following:

- Improving the Website, user experience and system performance;
- Complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice or guidelines; and/or
- Any other purposes for which we have obtained your consent or which are permitted under the PDPA in the ordinary course of business.
Protecting your personal information
Only authorised personnel at Consultants have access to your personal data. We treat all personal information provided to us as confidential and take reasonable care to preserve the confidentiality and security of your personal data stored with us.
If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party, by submitting such Personal Data to us, you also represent to us and must ensure that you have notified the third party of the terms of this Policy and obtained his consent thereto.
We will not disclose your personal information to any other person without first obtaining your consent for us to do so, unless any such disclosure is permitted under any of the statutory exemptions listed in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”); for example, when the disclosure is required by law, or for any investigation or proceeding. You may request access to your Personal Data, request correction of any inaccurate data, or withdraw your consent to our continued use, collection or disclosure of your Personal Data at any time. Upon receiving your request, we will inform you of the consequences of withdrawal (if any), and will process your request in accordance with the PDPA. We do our best to protect your personal data within our control by putting in place reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, use, disclosure or similar risks. However, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use of your personal data by external third parties as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
Retention of Personal Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws. When retention is no longer necessary, we will securely delete or anonymise the Personal Data.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore
Where your Personal Data is transferred to countries outside Singapore, we will ensure that such transfers comply with the PDPA and that the receiving organisation provides a standard of protection comparable to the protection under the PDPA.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to you, or involves more than 500 individuals, we will notify the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) as required under the PDPA.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
